The foundations of Specialty Coffee Exchange date back to where Grant planted roots in Africa for 10 years working on a vast amount of agricultural projects and that was where the love and passion for African coffee began... To see the success of every farmer and producer relationship that we embark on. The farmer and producers livelihood to love what they do and get paid accordingly is at the top of our priority list. Transparency from farmer to Roaster ensures this success as we pride ourselves in direct trade, ethical sourcing and sustainable farming practices. We love getting evolved on farmer level from harvesting to the milling of the coffee we purchase as this helps us to maintain good quality control practices and helps us to evaluate coffee from Origin till it lands on our shores.
