Before joining SFL, Gurinder served as the President and Chief Operating Officer at Religare Finvest Limited, and prior to that, he was associated with Magma Fincrop Limited as the Vice President and Business Head-WestRegion.
Mr. Amit Khandelwal is associated with the agriculture and commodity sectors for over a decade and has been involved in development of custom products for contract farming, weather financing and seedfinancing.

Mr. Amit Kumar Goyal oversees the administration and operations at StarAgri group. He has extensive experience in rural lending, collateral and financing sector. He has partnered with leading banks like ICICI Bank in their rural lending foray.

Fredrick is an Associate Company Secretary (ACS), Associate Cost Accountant (AICWA) and is a Law Graduate from Mumbai University. Fredrick has more than 14 years of experience in Secretarial, Legal and Compliance of NBFCs, HFCs and AIFs. He has diverse exposure in handling SEBI Regulations, RBI Guidelines and other regulatory requirements. Prior to joining SFL, he was associated with ASK Financial HoldingsPvt Ltd, DHFL and Dodsal Corporation Pvt. Ltd.

Mr. G. Chandrashekhar is an economist with passion for analyzing agriculture, agri-business and commodity markets including metals and energy products. Mr. Chandrashekhar tracks, interprets and comments on economic developments in general and commodities sector in particular, covering agriculture, metals and energy. He closely follows the agriculture biotechnology sector.
Mr. Girish Nadkarni has two decades of experience in merger and acquisitions, buyouts, business strategy, setting up and management of new businesses, corporate finance, treasury and financing and operations. He was associated with Rallis in the agri space as the Executive Vice President (Finance & Legal), Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Executive Committee.

Prior to joining SFL, Harish was associated with Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited as a Vice President, Agri Business Group, North. Harish holds an MBA degree with specialization in Agri-business from College of Agribusiness Management, Govind Ballabh Pant University of Agriculture &Technology, Pantnagar.

Mr. Suresh Goyal has over three decades of experience in running agriculture and farm related businesses likeagri-financing, agri-procurement, commodity trading and warehousing. Vipin Maheshwari is Group CFO of StarAgri Group. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 14 years of experience in Financial controls, Reporting and Planning Analysis. Prior to joining StarAgri, he was working with Citi as a Vice President - Financial Planning and analysis covering products like Mortgages, Student Loan, Auto Loan and Credit Card. Within Citigroup, he was a financial controller at CGMIP Ltd.
Mrs. Mangala Prabhu is an experienced banking professional with 38 years of experience working at Union Bank of India (Nov 1976 - Apr 2015) across multiple roles spanning corporate credit, foreign exchange, human resources and branch banking. Having led large corporate credit portfolio in Union Bank of India, she has extensive experience in value chain of large value credit proposals.
