SRIVT is the first Vedic Research institute to be recognized as Scientific and Industrial Research Organization (SIRO) by Department of Scientific and Industrial Research (DSIR), Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India. We are also the first Vedic research institute to be recognized as an external M.S/Ph.D. centre of IIT Madras, IIT Delhi and this gave us plethora of opportunities to conduct Research on Vedas with modern scientific tools. SRIVT also has Memorandum of understanding with Defence Metallurgical Research Laboratory (DMRL, a DRDO lab, Government of India), Indian Institute of Chemical Technology (IICT, A CSIR Lab and Government of India), Hyderabad Central University and many other universities... SRIVT has completed 8 projects from both Government and private sectors worth of ₹ 422.58 Lakhs and has two ongoing projects.
