Darren Slugoski

Mr. Slugoski holds a B.Sc. Honours degree in Geological Sciences from the University of Saskatchewan and has over a decade of mineral exploration experience. The majority of his experience has been focused on uranium exploration in Saskatchewan's Athabasca Basin, with a specific focus on the world class Patterson Lake trend, where he has extensive experience in managing and developing exploration programs. This experience centres around Mr. Slugoski's involvement in the discovery of the Spitfire deposit in the Western Athabasca Basin.

Dong Shim - CFO

Mr. Shim has led a successful accounting and finance career in both the US and Canada. He brings a wealth of knowledge to the team with his expertise in auditing publicly traded junior mining companies and high-tech industries. Member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia and a Certified Public Accountant registered in the State of Illinois, United States. Mr. Shim also assisted various start-up companies in achieving public listings on the TSX Venture Exchange, Canadian Securities Exchange and the OTC Market.

Drew Zimmerman - CEO

Mr. Zimmerman has been involved in public markets for nine years, eight of which were at a national brokerage firm. Over that time Mr. Zimmerman grew his role from an investment advisor to a derivatives portfolio manager utilizing a global thematic lens with a focus on commodity markets. Mr. Zimmerman is a CFA charter holder and holds a bachelor of commerce in international business from the University of Victoria.

Jay Martin

Mr. Martin brings to the company a history of project development and corporate consultative work in both the public and private markets. He is the CEO of Cambridge House International Inc., and since 2011 he has expanded Cambridge House from Canada's leading junior mining conferences to become Canada's most recognizable brand in public venture capital. Today Cambridge House produces the largest investment conferences in the country in both technology and natural resources and hosts the largest video library of investment content in Canada. Jay sits on the board of the Entrepreneur Organization, a global business community of over 12,000 leading entrepreneurs in 53 countries worldwide.

Kelly Pladson - Secretary

Mrs. Pladson has provided corporate governance and regulatory compliance services for many TSX Venture and CSE listed companies since 2009. She works closely with the company's CEO and legal counsel in maintaining corporate records, managing the day to day operations and ensuring the company's filings with the securities commissions and exchanges are accurately filed and in accordance with their deadlines.

Lisa Stewart

Mrs. Stewart is a CPA, CA who began her career at EY LLP in the Assurance and Transaction Advisory practices. Following this, Mrs. Stewart joined RBC Capital Markets in Equity Research where she covered Energy Infrastructure and Diversified Financials. Most recently, Mrs. Stewart was Chief Revenue Officer for a Vancouver based investment fund where she raised over $200 million of equity over four years, in addition to negotiating an industry-leading credit facility and leading the capital management function.

Terri Anne Welyki

Ms. Welyki has more than 15 years of experience working with public and private mining companies, including Calico Resources, EMC Green Group S.A. and Barksdale Resources. She has broad knowledge of the mining industry, including financing, permitting, and stakeholder management and has worked across the United States, Peru and Canada.

Terry Wells

Terry is a passionate Executive who is relentlessly focused on strategically driving value for Canadian companies, their shareholders, employees and customers. Terry has held Executive Management roles for the last 20 years in the Infrastructure and Communications Industries and has sat on multiple corporate boards. He has also provided management expertise in an advisory capacity for Canadian technology and mining companies. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business and has completed executive training at the Harvard Business School, Insead in France and the UBC Sauder School of Business. Terry brings a wealth of knowledge focused in the disciplines of infrastructure build, business continuity and sustainable business practices. Terry has extensive experience in mergers, acquisitions and optimizing new corporate assets for maximum accretive value. Terry is also an active proponent of supporting diversity and inclusiveness in corporate culture and progressing businesses in an ethical and environmentally conscious way. Terry is an active mentor of up and coming executive talent and spends a considerable amount of his time coaching and developing leaders in his respective industries. As an active member of his local community, Terry volunteers for his local Food Bank and is involved in fund raising activities for charitable foundations like the Canadian Cancer Society.

William Breen

Mr. Breen is a Professional Geologist and Qualified Person ("QP") with 41 years of experience working for both junior exploration and mining companies and the largest mining companies in the world. This experience exposed him to diversified and varied exploration programs for precious metals, base metals, uranium, lithium and cobalt throughout Mexico, the western United States, Alaska, and Canada. Mr. Breen holds his Bachelor of Science of Geology degree from the University of Idaho and is a Registered Member of the Society for Mining Metallurgy & Exploration. He is a licensed Geologist in the State of Washington and a Professional Geologist in the State of Wyoming. Mr. Breen is Mayor of the city of Hope, Idaho.
