Our mission is to create smiles through food, partnerships through trust, and service through flexibility... We truly care about the experiences we provide for Campers and Staff through food. It has always been a part of what makes our staff happy - working hard and being able to see people enjoying the food together is truly fulfilling. Our scratch cooking approach and experienced Chefs make all the difference in the Summer Camp Kitchen... We aim to provide delicious food for everyone, regardless of their special diets. Whether you are vegetarian, gluten free or vegan, one of our Chefs will attend to those important diets so no one is left out. Campers and Staff can also enjoy something from the breakfast bar in the morning, or the salad bars at lunch and dinner. There is something for everyone and these choices help our youth expand their culinary experience while at camp.
