Who I am: I am an instructional designer with a software company with a background in organizational development, art, and English. I am a candidate set to graduate in August 2023 from University of North Alabama with an MS in Instructional Technology and Design. I focus on providing strategic learner-centered design using the ADDIE model in an iterative way to create transformative learning solutions. Every step of the model: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation (ADDIE) is structured with the end goal in mind.
