The organization's mission is to preserve and renovate existing housing stock, and develop new single and multi-family affordable housing in the community... TAYAN's services and projects are targeted to low-to-moderate income First-time homebuyers and tenants in Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach County. The organization also collaborates with Housing Authorities and programs such as the Section 8 Voucher and HUD-VASH Assistance. Through its partnerships with community-based organizations, TAYAN is able to assist homebuyers and renters to obtain homebuyer education, counseling, and financial literacy that they may be needed.
