TARIRO HOPE - Key Persons

Ben grew up in Quito, Ecuador, where his parents worked as medical missionaries. Ben was able to see first-hand, on a regular basis, the challenges of poverty and the difficulties that it poses to families and those trying to provide for them. Ben's love for Latino culture and fluency in Spanish have lead him to working as a family medicine physician at Denver Health in primary care.

Bryan Groth,DPM FACFAS - Bryan Groth grew up in Littleton, CO and went to Arapahoe H.S. He went to TCU for undergraduate Biology studies and the Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine, in Chicago. He completed a 3 year surgical residency at the West Penn/Allegheny hospital Pittsburgh, PA. Starting private practice in 2001, he has practiced as a Podiatric Surgeon for 17 years in Colorado Springs. Dr. Groth has served on the Colorado State Podiatry Board, and as Section Chief of Podiatry at Memorial Hospital. He is a founding member of both, Kissing Camels Surgery Center, and Colorado Foot and Ankle Clinic, LLC. He attends Springs Community Church and is excited to be working with this local innovative, outreach mission. He enjoys Colorado with wife, Machelle and son Brennan.

Caleb grew up in Fort Collins, CO. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus in finance from Colorado State University in 2005. Caleb then commissioned as officer in the United States Marine Corps and served a tour of duty in Afghanistan. He transitioned from the Marines and went on to law school. Caleb graduated in 2014 from the University of Colorado School of Law. Caleb focuses on transactional work in all areas of commercial real estate, including land use, leasing, purchases and sales, easements and licenses, and financing. He also owns a telecommunications leasing consulting business. Outside of practicing law and business endeavors, Caleb leads a small group at his church and is involved in a tutoring program for at-risk grade-school students. He loves jogging, exploring Denver with his wife and toddler son, and fixing up their 115-year-old home.

Dan was born and raised in Colorado Springs, Colorado. He graduated from the Indiana Wesleyan University with a BS in Theological Studies. While completing his degree at IWU, Dan and Kaci served as Associate Pastors at the Springs Journey Church, and Executive Director for Awakening Colorado. Dan was honored by the Mayor of Denver for his citywide outreach at Civic Center Park while serving as the Executive Director of Awakening Colorado. Over the past 38 years Dan has lived in Colorado Springs, CO. His professional experience includes Director of Development for International Bible Conference, Director of Operations for 123 Fit, Executive Director of Awakening Colorado, Church Planting Pastor/Associate Pastor, Mentor at the Springs Rescue Mission, Colorado Springs City Coordinator for the National Day of Prayer, and Church Liaison for the Billy Graham Evangelical Association. For the past two years Dan has been the Owner of Robbins Resellers, LLC. When not working with Robbins Resellers LLC, Dan loves to enjoys spending time with his wife Kaci and five children; Dustin, Brianna, Josiah, Aaliyah and Jayden. Additional activities include missions, non-profit involvements, coaching/mentoring, church involvement and various recreational activities.

Devon was born and grew up in Harare, Zimbabwe. He migrated to the U.S.A in 2014 were he got married to his wife Alicia, a native of Colorado. Devon grew up in extreme poverty and has over the years developed a passion to help people break the cycle of poverty and homelessness. His passion is to teach and equip people with tools that will improve their financial literacy and financial stability. Devon is a CPA licensed in Colorado and has over the years managed businesses in various sectors including Banking, Logistics, Retail, Corporate Training/Development and Entertainment. He has previously been Board Treasurer for Bessie's Hope. In his lifetime, Devon has formed and operated a Business Consulting Company, A Church, An Appliance Resale company and an Accounting &Tax company. Devon and Alicia are excited about farming on their ranch in Calhan Colorado. When not working Devon enjoys spending time with his family and riding motorcycles.
