I am a BBA graduate with a concentration in Human Resources and Operations Management, currently pursuing my CPHR designation. Throughout my 9 years of experience in the customer service sector, I've learnt the value of excellent customer service and the role it plays in achieving organizational success. Throughout my various roles I have discovered my passion for working with people and for Human Resources. Working in both the public and private sector, in teams ranging from small to large, has taught me the importance of human capital and how crucial it is to recruit and cultivate the right people... A flyer that I designed and that was used as part of a marketing campaign for a new SFU Bookstore product... Employee onboarding package drafted and designed by me. Package included information on training, employee safety, attendance and time-off policies and general procedures in the organization.
