Toby Garbett, Owner, commented "Henley-on-Thames has been my home since I first started rowing for Leander, culminating in competing at the Olympic Games for the GB Team and becoming a 2 X World Champion. I have long seen a gap in the local market for a space that not only provides excellent gym, personal training and exercise class facilities but also offers a calming space for holistic wellness. I am excited to be able to offer the full package at TGgym and Wellness. Our team of skilled and experienced personal trainers will be undertaking one-to-one sessions and classes including Nubodi Pilates, barre, spin, body pump, box fit, HIIT, stretch plus many more. We also offer a wide range of treatments and therapies including Bodymatters physiotherapy, India Eyelash, Ra-Ra aesthetics, Afterglow tanning and Skinsense beauty".
