Telmax Teleprompters founder built his first teleprompter for a video project that he was working on with his daughter. At the time, all teleprompters were several thousand dollars so he created his own. Our founder used his experience in cabinet building and woodworking to create the first Telmax teleprompter in 2003. He knew that having a teleprompter would make the quality of his daughters video project much better so he created one from scratch from wood in his garage.
