The Hairston Foundation (HF) is a non-profit organization based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, engaged in statewide programming and policy work. The mission of HF is to address the needs of a growing population of underserved citizens living at or below the poverty level in Philadelphia and other urban areas.
