THE SPOT LEMONADE

The Spot is a family-run beverage concession business based in Houston, Texas. We serve thirst-quenching lemonade at parties, fairs, sports events, corporate events, festivals, and more... Our business started out as a way to provide meaningful employment for Vegan, a young adult on the autism spectrum. Like many of his peers, Vegan has struggled to find viable work opportunities. Many autistic youths experience unemployment and underemployment - an issue that is compounded by false assumptions, stereotypes and stigma about disabilities... We're no strangers to creating businesses that offer our customers top-notch products while creating meaningful change. In the near future, we plan to hire part-time employees who have disabilities. Our goal is to help improve the lives of individuals with disabilities.
