In order to increase utilization, we want to build a branded, pdf-generating statement for residents who are signed up with the Resident Billing solution. By producing this in-house we will have more customization control and ability to promote online engagement... The corporate website is where we can observe the digital fingerprints of people visiting the website and reveal interests and pain points. We want to create a lead generation form that captures the most viable prospect customers... From a marketing perspective, we want to better drive demand generation for new clients, minimize form validation error, and make it easier for users to get the support they need. We belive we can do this by providing more insightful messaging on the corporate website homepage, as well as creating a more coherent navigation for the different user base.
