Timbers Prime is Ludington's premier steakhouse, we specialize in USDA Prime cuts and dry-aged steaks that we butcher and dry-age inhouse. We convection broil our steaks in a special broiler that cooks at up to 1600 degrees, we feel that this is the best way to cook steaks hands down. Our dry-aged beef is aged 28 days using the Timbers aging process, come taste the difference! We are one of about 5 great steakhouse in Michigan that has the capacity and knowhow to butcher and Dry-age USDA PRIME beef in-house. Come taste the difference!...
