Bill is the lead designer at T Minus 5. He is also a developer with many years of experience building desktop applications, mobile apps, web apps, and cloud backends. His understanding of user experience, interface design, and software architecture is a unique benefit to clients who are served with a holistic skill set focused on all aspects of their solution. Before UX was an acronym, Bill was practicing and advocating design thinking to build products people enjoyed using. Over his career, he designed and shipped dozens of products while serving in roles from senior software engineer to VP of Engineering and User Experience teams at a successful software company. Bill is a dog person and a foodie. When not working, life is balanced with music, yoga, hiking, camping, and searching for the best tacos in San Antonio. He spends time off with his growing family and serving in a local scouting organization.

Craig is the lead Android developer at T Minus 5. His knowledge of Kotlin and modern development architectures are a benefit to clients looking for expertise to build native mobile apps on the Android platform. Craig is also skilled at architecting and building APIs and backend cloud solutions with Node which are often needed on client projects. For over 20 years, Craig has earned and refined his experience in engineering, product development, and project management. In that time, he has held senior engineering roles, lead product teams, and served as a director of software engineering for a successful K-12 educational software company. Craig has a strong focus on quality that he applies to all his work. He is a practitioner of modern development skills and a constant learner of new technology advances. His collaboration and inter-personal skills represent the best of what makes the T Minus 5 culture one we are proud of. His keen attention to client needs and priorities and an approachable leadership style have been a great fit for clients seeking a supportive team member for their project. Craig balances his work life with a love for the outdoors. He is an avid hiker with the admirable goal to hike the entire Pacific Crest National Trail. His respect for maintaining the beauty and nature of the outdoors we all enjoy is reflected in his interest in the future of electric cars and renewable energy technology. Mark is the lead iOS developer at T Minus 5. When Apple announced the iPhone in 2007, Mark was invited by Apple to learn how to build mobile web apps. The iOS SDK was introduced a year later and he switched to building native apps and has been making high quality native apps ever since for iPhone and iPad. Mark remains at the forefront of the latest advances in iOS. Technologies such as Augmented Reality and Smart Home devices continue to gain improvements and client interest. His knowledge building real-time features in mobile apps is another benefit for clients looking to build high performing, real-time data solutions on iOS. In the early part of his career, Mark was often the sole developer in a startup company managing all areas of development from designing, building, testing, shipping, to supporting the end user product. His last role before co-founding T Minus 5 was Chief Technology Officer of a company that grew quickly to become a publicly traded leader in their industry. His deep experience shipping dozens of solutions in hardware, desktop applications, enterprise web platforms, and mobile apps is broad and commercial strength. For clients who need skills beyond coding, Mark's experience can offer guidance in corporate diligence, technology evaluation and acquisition, growth management, pursuing patents, and building high functioning engineering teams. One special hobby is his love of restoring vintage arcade and pinball games. His pride and joy is Robotron, a smash hit from the 80's.

He got his start in development building iPad apps for a K-12 educational software company that helped millions of students improve their reading, math, and early literacy skills.
