He is currently employed as an active police officer and has been active in his community where he patrols over a decade. He has experience in the management of large budgets and payroll for nationwide network of employees and fleets while serving actively in roles of CEO, Operations Director, Director of Security and Assistant General Manager, Human Resources, Occupational Health, Safety & Training Manager. Mark Jeans has also provided consulting for organizations (private, non-profit & commercial), City and State of Oklahoma Code Enforcement Association, City governments and businesses assisting them in the creation and implementation of efficient organizational strategies for streamlined personnel, operational, financial and management operations.
