Mike Morgan

Mike has worked in automotive since 1976. He started his career working at a General Motors dealership in Tampa, FL and went on to own several successful dealerships throughout the Southeast. Mike sold his dealerships and started a consulting firm (MC&T) whose main goal was to help dealerships become more profitability. He helped turn around a number of dealerships throughout the country before focusing solely on mergers and acquisitions. MC&T, the parent company, has been involved with dealership Buy/Sell activities since 1996.

Ray Jimenez

Ray started his automotive career selling cars at a Toyota dealership in New Rochelle, NY. Over the following 14 years Ray worked in F&I, ran the sales desk for 5 years and served as General Manager for several dealerships in NYC. After that, he transitioned to the OEM side working in several different Sales & Marketing roles at Nissan and INFINITI. Most recently Ray was the Regional Vice President for the INFINITI South Region and then Director of Dealer Network Development and Strategy at Nissan's Headquarters in Franklin, TN.

Tom Holland

Job Titles:

Tom enjoyed a long and fruitful automotive career with Nissan North America. Over the past 25 years Tom focused mainly on market representation and dealer operations initiatives at NNA; he oversaw network activities for large private groups and public dealer groups, helping them attain individual growth and network consolidation goals. Tom has also worked in retail, as a Managing Partner, for a large import dealership group in the Atlanta area.
