TWUNGUBUMWE ASSOCIATION is a registered non-profit association based in Nakivale Refugee Settlement, Isingiro district, southwestern Uganda... TWUNGUBUMWE was founded by Refugees on December 9th, 2016, to enable refugees to defeat the challenges they were facing in their communities such as lack of their basic needs, lack of job opportunities. Those issues led the families to be engaged in negative behaviors, then TWUNGUBUMWE Brought up two main objectives to enable the families to access the basic needs, to help each other in different projects of development, to save, and get a loan to start small income generation activities for their lives sustainability.
