Chris C. Okoye

Chris C. Okoye is a Nigerian legal practitioner duly called to the Nigerian Bar and enrolled in the Roll of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. He has good legal experience in commercial and corporate law and litigation and holds various academic qualifications including a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Philosophy and M.A (Social and Political Philosophy) both from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from Enugu State University of Science and Technology, Enugu, and Latina Linqua Diploma (Diploma in Latin Language) from Urbaniana Univasitas Roma (Urban University, Rome). He also holds a Higher National Diploma in Mass Communication from the Institute of Journalism, Management and Continuing Education, Enugu as well as a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Federal University of Technology, Owerri. His zeal for Corporate and Commercial Law and for decency in the socio-economic polity accounts for his diverse legal experience in the corporate world. He worked at various times between 2004 and 2008 with the defunct Gateway Bank Plc., Intercontinental Bank Plc. (now Access Bank Plc.), and Zenith Bank Plc. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Management Auditors as well as the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers. He is an ardent member of the Nigeria Bar Association (Unity Bar, Abuja). He has also attended and participated in several workshops on power.

Dr. George Nwangwu - Managing Director

With years of experience as a lawyer spanning various aspects of legal practice and academia in Nigeria and the United Kingdom; advice on corporate finance, project finance, development finance and other transaction work in oil and gas, power and telecommunications, loan and equity offerings, mergers and acquisition; clients include international and local investors, international financial institutions, multilateral institutions, bank and non-bank financial institutions; has been the managing partner of Ratio Legal Practitioners in Nigeria and a partner in Christ Church Solicitors UK and also the managing partner for Ratio Consulting Limited. He has lectured at the University of Lagos, Nigeria and the University of London (external program). As an international consultant to multilateral institutions, Dr George has been involved with framework issues in infrastructure/utilities regulation and finance, Energy Law, Project management, environmental law, and Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs). He has provided full support to government agencies and mineral exploration and production companies. Dr George has participated in the drafting and implementing several existing statutes and regulations at the federal level and for some of the states of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Mr Nwangwu was a DFID/World Bank-funded consultant with the Bureau of Public Enterprises (BPE), where he held the following posts: Environmental Legal Adviser, Infrastructure Legal Adviser, Special Assistant to the Director-General of the BPE on legal and strategy issues, and Head of the Strategy and Multilateral Relations Department for the Bureau. He is respected internationally for his vast experience in company law and practice, project finance, infrastructure regulation/finance and public-private partnerships. To date, Mr Nwangwu has participated in the consummation of over100 privatisation/ PPP transactions worth over USD 20 billion either on the side of the public sector or private sector in Nigeria and clearly understands the challenges on both sides of the divide. He was the PPP Project Coordinator and Head of the PPP Division, Federal Ministry of Finance. He was also a special adviser to the Hon. Minister of Finance on PPPs and infrastructure finance.

Tracy Chinenye Ezenwa

Tracy Chinenye Ezenwa is a qualified chartered certified accountant with several years of banking experience. She is an expert in Compliance & Control, and internal auditing. Chineye is a good team player and an effective, hardworking and self-motivated officer with excellent interpersonal skills deployed toward improving customer service, operational processes, strategic planning and compliance & control. She is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and holds a Bachelor's degree, second class upper division in Accounting from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka. Prior to her current role, she had worked with Duke Oil Incorporated (a subsidiary of NNPC), United Bank for Africa and Ratio Consulting very prominent among others.
