Our communications and outreach efforts focused on obtaining input, support and discussing collaborative efforts with relevant city, county and township officials. We also shared communication materials to inform and engage families looking for an affordable, accessible, growing and enhanced community in which to live; neighboring businesses and residents... Frontier is an involved owner of affordable housing. Our staff frequently visits to our developments, and we talk with the on-site managers and the residents to get a clear understanding of what we are doing right and what we can do better... Frontier has been a big proponent of early leasing to build anticipation of the new units coming on line in the communities where we work. Our management staff are required to do income certifications twice annually, but it keeps them in touch with the new prospective residents and gets the community talking about the new accommodations that are coming to town!
