I had the pleasure of working with Vandana when she joined my team as an accessibility specialist at Rogers. She had just moved to Toronto from India, and while being a recent immigrant and settling into a new environment, Vandana showed dedication, eagerness and a true passion for her work in accessibility. She was a key contributor to the Rogers digital accessibility guidelines and has helped multiple digital projects with accessibility support (requirement gathering, solution and testing). Vandana was new to accessibility when she joined the team, but her effectiveness has gained her credibility within the team. I look forward to her professional growth in Canada.

I had the pleasure of Vandana's expertise and collaborative style when we created an end-to-end process to operationalize accessibility into Digital's SDLC. Vandana went beyond creating a roadmap to prioritize what needed to be done and how. Vandana also developed accessibility training curriculum for various roles, ranging from UI/UX, product owners, content, developers and QA. Her meticulous attention to detail and holistic understanding of both design and accessibility were instrumental in making the corporate website accessible for all, and avoiding staggering fines by the CRTC. I've had the pleasure of working closely with Vandana over the past year on numerous projects at Rogers, and she has taught me a lot - from designing for accessibility to all of the internal systems at Rogers. She is very dedicated and knowledgeable and will do whatever it takes to get the job done. I enjoy getting feedback as well as collaborating with her because she often suggests things that I hadn't thought about before and points out accessibility concerns. Not only does she give great feedback but she uplifts the people around her by involving them in learning opportunities (i.e. online tutorials) and UX industry events. She brings a wealth of UX knowledge, from her industrial design background along with expertise in accessibility, which have contributed to her keen eye. Vandana is a strong, creative, dedicated, team player, and I'm lucky to work with her!
Vandana produces work of such a high quality as she continually improves and voices reasoned and well thought out viewpoints assessing the suitability of created designs. She produces thorough wireframes and mock-ups in her own work and her enthusiasm in her level of research is unmatched. She is an absolute pleasure to work with.
Vandana is a talented and detail oriented UX Designer. I've had the pleasure of working with her on a couple of projects and she has delivered designs that were efficient, appealing and well received. I liked her ability to accurately interpret the requirements, understand the client's expectations and design flows that exceeded those expectations. She's a valuable UX asset to the organization.
Vandana is a very dedicated designer. While working with her I got to know her potential and working skills. She is handy with materials and possess the ability to configure products fast. Idea generation is yet another strong point of hers and she puts in her full effort to see that the work she undertakes meets the deadlines and also the quality standards set for her.
