The Waterfront Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Council is committed to supporting the growth of our employees. We aim to assess our opportunities for change, implement accessible programs and initiatives in the waterfront community, and transparently measure and communicate our progress in moving towards our DEI goals over time. We believe that in order to truly understand the barriers our community members face, we must first understand their experiences in the workplace - together, we can work towards meaningful solutions... With the needs of our community in mind, we have developed programs and initiatives to best support every employee in thriving at work and in our community.
