Braeden is a co-founder and managing partner of Well Capital. With a background in financial modeling and real estate finance, Braeden brings experience in underwriting and market analysis. Along with assisting in the acquisition of multifamily assets, Braeden also operates and manages the outreach and relationship management side of Well Capital. Braeden began his acquisitions career with Encompass Home Health and Hospice, where he sharpened his ability to systematize and acquire businesses, while assessing risk in a conservative manner. This, paired with managing over $100 million in construction within CDBG flood rehabilitation programs, gives Braeden the expertise to ensure success in all aspects of Well Capital's multifamily acquisitions and back-end operations.
Preston is a co-founder and managing partner of Well Capital. Over the last four years, Preston has focused on the acquisition and repositioning of multifamily properties throughout the Southeast and the Midwest, building a 500-unit portfolio with a market value of $49 million. Before founding Well Capital, Preston was a HAZMAT response and containment consultant, specializing in rapid-response projects for the most recognizable names in the oil and gas industry. Specifically, he was tasked with containment and data collection, with litigation preparation in mind, allowing him to bring a battle-tested risk mitigation mind to the multifamily space. Following rapid-response consulting, Preston managed over $100 million in construction projects, participating in CDBG flood rehabilitation programs in Texas, Florida, and South Carolina. With extensive construction management experience, Preston is responsible for executing asset diligence and repositions within Well Capital's portfolio.

With roots in the Midwest, Texas, and the Pacific Northwest Stephen Sykes began investing in real estate in 2005 in Portland and in the Midwest in 2015. In his roles as Principal Broker and Acquisitions Director at Well Capital, Stephen seeks to leverage his experience in real estate investing and development for the benefit of the investment team. Stephen is passionate about the benefits of acquiring and operating real estate projects for long term wealth generation. Stephen has led acquisitions on over 75 multifamily projects across the Midwest with a current market value of $180 million. He holds real estate Broker's licenses in Nebraska, South Dakota, and Iowa.
