Dr. Jiwu Wang is the Founder & Chief Executive Officer of Allele Biotechnology and Pharmaceuticals,Inc and the President and Professor of Scintillon Institute. Dr. Jiwu has published high impact articles in top journals such as Nature, Nature Methods, and Nature Medicine. He is also an inventor of about 20 patents and the Principle Investigator of a dozen research grants and contracts awarded by the National Institutes of Health (NIH) of the United States. He leads Allele Biotech to become a world leader in cell and antibody therapies. Dr. Jiwu obtained Doctorate Degree from University of Southern California and major in Biochemistry at Peking University. He was awarded a Postdoctoral Fellowship from the NIH to obtain postdoctoral training at the University of California, San Diego.

Mr. Erving Chan is Wonder Capital's Director of Investment and Research and is responsible for overall portfolio management, research, trading and executions. Prior to joining Wonder Capital, Mr. Chan held an Associate position with Janus Henderson Investors and was responsible for product research (the company's flagship products include Janus Henderson Global Life Sciences, Janus Henderson Global Technology, and Janus Henderson Global Real Estate) and sales support for the group's retail and institutional businesses in Asia. Before that, Mr. Chan held an Analyst position at East Park Investment Management Co. Limited (a HK-based hedge fund) and was responsible for trading and execution for three long-short equity funds covering both HK and US markets. Mr. Chan has more than 10 years of financial industry experience. Mr. Chan holds a Bachelor of Finance, Accounting and Management from the University of Nottingham.

Mr. Jovi Wong is a Non-Executive Director of Wonder Development. Mr. Wong previously held the position of Executive Director of Wonder Capital Group Limited from 2018 to 2022. Prior to that, Mr. Wong was a Director at Janus Henderson Investors and was part of the distribution team based in Hong Kong responsible for developing Janus Henderson's business in Greater China and Southeast Asia. Before that, he held various senior positions in investment banking division of China Merchants Securities (HK) Co., Limited and Haitong International Capital Limited respectively with extensive experience in Pre-IPO, IPO and M&A in various industries, such as TMT, hospital operation, property development and manufacturing. Mr. Wong holds a Master of Business Administrative from the Hong Kong University of Science & Technology and a Bachelor of Science from The University of Auckland. Mr. Lau Chi Kit was the Assistant General Manager and Head of Personal Banking Hong Kong and Assistant General Manager and Head of Strategic Implementation, Asia-Pacific Region of The Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited ("HSBC"). He retired in December 2000 after more than 35 years of services in HSBC. Mr. Lau is a fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Bankers ("Institute"). He was the Chairman of the Institute's Executive Committee (1999-2000) and is currently the honorary advisor of the Institute's Executive Committee. He served as a member on a number of committees appointed by the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administration Region, including the Advisory Council on the Environment (1998-2001), the Advisory Committee on Human Resources Development in the Financial Services Sector (2000-2001), the Corruption Prevention Advisory Committee of the Independent Commission Against Corruption (2000-2003), the Environment and Conservation Fund Committee (2000-2006), the Innovation and Technology Fund (Environment) Projects Vetting Committee (2000-2004) and the Law Reform Commission's Privacy Sub-committee (1990-2006). He also served as Chairman of the Business Environment Council Limited (1998-2001). Prior to joining Wonder Capital, Mr. Lau held various senior positions in renowned global banks, including Director at Julius Baer (2018-2021), Vice President at Credit Suisse (2017-2018), Director at UBS (2013-2017), Vice President at Bank of America Merrill Lynch (2005-2013). Prior to that, Mr. Lau worked as a Relationship Manager in Citibank and Hang Seng Bank. In various banks, he was responsible for managing client relationships in the Ultra-High-Net-Worth and High-Net-Worth market and providing professional advice in investments, family trust and succession planning. In addition, Mr. Lau was a committee member of Hong Kong Young Women's Christian Association (YWCA) from 2008-2011. Mr. Lau has over 23 years of commercial and private banking experience. Mr. Hui has founded International Finance & Economic Association (InFEA) with a vision to be a trusted partner for global market players investing and operating businesses in high-potential emerging markets and he is currently President of InFEA. Mr. Samuel Wang is the Founder of a well-known domestic mobile phone brand Qingcheng (Green-Orange) in China. He is also the Founder of MorningRidge VC. Mr. Wang has over 20 years of experience in the mobile phone industry. Previously, he held executive roles in Motorola, Lenovo and Techfaith. During his time with Lenovo, he participated in the research and development of Motorola's first mobile phone in China. In 2006, Mr. Wang established Ruijia Je Group Company Ltd and is a leading mobile ODM solution provider in China. Prior to joining Wonder Capital, from 2011-2017, Ms. Chan was COO & Head of Asia Pacific of Janus Capital Group (listed in NYSE, AUM over USD190 billion) and Head of Greater China of Janus Henderson Investors Group (listed in NYSE and ASX, AUM over USD360 billion) after the merger of Janus Capital Group and Henderson Global Investors. She also served as a member of the group's Operating Committee and Global Risk Committee. During her leadership, Ms. Chan has successfully restructured the business of the Asia Pacific region and tripled the regional AUM to over USD30 billion. Before that, from 2005-2011, Ms. Chan was CFO of AllianceBernstein (listed in NYSE, AUM over USD400 billion) for Asia ex-Japan where she established new business lines and infrastructure for Asia. The region's AUM reached USD20 billion during her tenure. Prior to AllianceBernstein, Ms. Chan worked at the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited and Arthur Andersen. Ms. Chan is President of International Finance & Economic Association and a member of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
