David is the founder of WrightlifeGroup. Before founding WrightlifeGroup, David invested 9 years in the financial services industry providing a spectrum of financial services ranging from Nonprofit Fundraising, Loans, Debt Resolution and Investments. David graduated from Towson State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Economics.

Emanuel is the Director of Sales for WrightlifeGroup. Emanuel is responsible for the ongoing training & development of the agents of WrightlifeGroup. With extensive sales training under the mentorship of Grant Cardone, Emanuel leads WrightlifeGroup's sales team by example while creating relevant content for ongoing training.
Luc Hale - Chief Compliance Officer
Luc is the Chief Compliance Officer and the director of Trusts & Planned Giving for WrightlifeGroup. Luc has extensive experience with using life insurance to transfer generational wealth to heirs and/or charity. Luc sits on the boards of several non profits and spends his free time playing rugby in Montgomery County, MD.

Rafael is the Managing General Agent of WrightlifeGroup. He is responsible for the recruiting, hiring and initial training of all agents. Rafael also manages the compensation contracts between the life insurance carriers and our agents.
Rafael has been an independent life insurance broker for over 11 years and is a top producer of financial services on a national basis.
