André Hentz is the Chief Administrative Officer at BigBear.ai. Previously, he was the Chief Operating Officer at NuWave Solutions where he was responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the organization. Before this, he served as Deputy Under Secretary (Acting) for Science and Technology at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS). He also served as the Chief Scientist at S&T, as well as a Senior Leader and Science Advisor to the Under Secretary. Prior to joining Science and Technology, André served as Director of Mission Support at the Department of Defense's Intelligence Systems Support Office (ISSO). While at ISSO, he also served as a Senior Intelligence Officer, Intelligence Oversight Monitor, Military Intelligence Program Functional Director, Deputy Director of Mission Support, and Chief of Acquisitions. André received a B.A. in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland, College Park, and a Master of Science in Management from the University of Maryland, University College.

Brian Frutchey - CTO

This includes managing the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency's (NGA) In-Q-Tel Interface Center's predictive analytics and cloud orchestration portfolios, the U.S. European Command's (EUCOM) Joint Intelligence Operations Center (JIOC) Strategic Foresight and Open-Source Element capabilities and Endeca Technology's Public Sector Division, as well as serving in the U.S. Army as a Signal Corps Officer. Prior to his role at BigBear.ai, he was an Executive Vice President at NuWave Solutions. Brian received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering (Computers) from the University of Southern California.

Carolyn Blankenship - Chief Legal Officer

Carolyn Blankenship is the General Counsel and Secretary of BigBear.ai. Carolyn leads the legal function at BigBear.ai, providing strategic input to drive the organization's growth and long-term success. Carolyn has over thirty years' experience advising companies on achieving business objectives in an emerging technology environment and joins BigBear.ai from Thomson Reuters, where she worked since 2001 and was most recently General Counsel, Product & Innovation. Carolyn's practice has focused on various legal aspects of artificial intelligence, and she has lectured on this subject at Princeton, Penn Law and the Practicing Law Institute, among others. She is also an Observer to the Intellectual Property Subcommittee of the Global Partnership on Artificial Intelligence (GPAI). Carolyn earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Harvard College and her J.D from the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University.

Claire Morse - CHRO

Dr. Keith Conner

Dr. Keith Conner is the Chief Information and Data Officer for BigBear.ai. Prior to his current role, Keith was the Chief Technology Officer at NuWave Solutions. Prior to joining NuWave, Keith served as the Senior Director of Innovation for Peraton, reporting to the CTO. Keith also served as a Senior Technical (ST) engineer for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Science and Technology Directorate. Keith's other industry experience includes serving as CTO for Technical Solutions LLC (a nationwide managed services and product solution company for commercial and government telecommunications operators) and in senior technical positions for Lucent Technologies Bell Labs Innovation and BAE Systems. Keith has over twenty years of research, development, implementation, and integration experience including emerging small satellites, data analytics, and machine learning, cybersecurity, enterprise architectures, mobile application development, information systems and technology, software and systems engineering, and wired and wireless communications networks. Keith has performed or led R&D in commercial, defense, homeland security, and academic settings. Keith holds a Ph.D. and MS in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Clemson University and a BSEE with honors from Mississippi State University.

Dr. Reggie Brothers - CEO

Dr. Reggie Brothers is the Chief Executive Officer of BigBear.ai. He was previously Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of Peraton, and served as a principal with The Chertoff Group. Prior to that he held the role of Under Secretary for Science and Technology at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), where he was responsible for a science and technology portfolio that included basic and applied research, development, demonstration, testing and evaluation with the purpose of helping DHS operational elements and the nation's first responders achieve their mission objectives. From 2011 to 2014, Reggie served as Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Research at the Department of Defense. In this position, he was responsible for policy and oversight of the Department's science and technology programs and laboratories. He has also held senior roles at the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, BAE Systems, Draper Laboratory and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Lincoln Laboratory. Reggie holds five patents, is a Distinguished Fellow at Georgetown's Center for Security and Emerging Technology (CSET) and a member of the Visiting Committee for Sponsored Research at MIT. He received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Tufts University, an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Southern Methodist University and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from MIT.

Josh co-founded PCI and also served as its Chief Financial Officer. Prior to that, he was the Senior Director of Acquisition Support at SI International. He received a B.S. in Life Sciences from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an M.B.A. from John Hopkins University with a focus on IT Management.

Ryan Legge

Ryan Legge is currently the President of the Analytics Sector at BigBear.ai. In this role he is responsible for managing all aspects of daily operations and Profit/Loss for the Sector. Mr. Legge has over 20 years of experience designing and leading Data and Advanced Analytics projects for the Intelligence and Department of Defense communities. Prior to joining BigBear.ai, Mr. Legge served in a management role at KPMG in their Federal Business Performance Services Practice specializing in Business Intelligence, Program Management, and Performance Management. He was the lead Army account manager supporting the DoD partner in the development of the US Army account including key projects with Army G-3/5/7 and Office of the Under Secretary of Defense Comptroller (OUSD(C)). Ryan's other defense experience includes senior operations positions at Northrop Grumman Electronic Systems. While at Northrop Grumman, he worked as an Operations Manager and Material Program Manager for projects such as the F/A-22 4th Generation Radar and the first Multi-role Electronically Scanned Array (MESA) radar antenna for Australia's Wedgetail airborne early warning and control (AEW&C) system. He holds a B.A. in Business Administration from McDaniel College and a Master of Business Administration degree in Information Systems Management from Johns Hopkins University. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute.

Sam Gordy

Tony Barrett

Tony Barrett is the President of the Cyber & Engineering Sector at BigBear.ai. Tony manages a team of nearly 350 people whose work spans from the Department of Defense to the Intelligence Community. Over his 34-year career as a military officer and industry executive, Tony has earned a reputation as an exceptional leader collaboratively running agile, data driven, matrixed organizations that perform at elite levels while still maintaining a strategic focus on long term growth. Prior to his current role, Tony was the Senior Vice President of Integrated Defense Solutions in the Cyber & Engineering Sector, managing the firm's largest single Business unit both in terms of revenue and personnel. Tony also worked collaboratively across all business functions to help write and establish policies and procedures to ensure the company could provide an environment for growth both personally and professionally across all corporate boundaries. Tony is a retired Marine Corps Intelligence Officer who is a third generation Marine and has a son currently serving as an Intelligence Analyst in 2d Marine Division. As a combat veteran with a focus on veterans' health, Tony serves as the executive sponsor and the chairperson of the BigBear.ai's veteran Employee Resource Group, The Veterans' Command Post, where he organizes veterans' charity giving campaigns and fun activities across the company to maintain the focus on veteran well-being. Tony is a graduate of Boston University and the proud father of two sons: Tony, and Michael (d.8/3/21).
