Dr Charmian Round is a Chartered Clinical Psychologist with over 25 years' experience working in the NHS providing assessment, therapy, training, support and consultation to neurodiverse adults and children, their families, support networks and other professionals. This has included experience of working with a widely diverse population with different needs due to age, gender, sexuality, ethnicity, culture, co-existing mental health, and differing ability levels due to specific learning difficulties or learning disability. Since 2017 Charmian has been Clinical Lead for the Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust Autism Assessment Service for adults without a learning disability. Charmian provides supervision, training and advice to professionals from services across the Health, Social Care and Voluntary Sector to enable them to make reasonable adjustments and be more accessible to individuals with diverse needs. Charmian also offers clinical consultancy to mainstream mental health professionals on the adaptation of mental health services to meet autistic needs. Charmian has lectured on the Doctorate in Clinical Psychology programmes at both the University of Leicester and the University of Trent. Dr Charmian has been an active member of the Derbyshire Autism Partnership Board for many years, regularly supporting co-production initiatives to improve services. Charmian is also a member of a number of national professional networks which provide forums for peer supervision, sharing of resources and research developments, and to contribute to national policy development regarding neurodiversity. Dr Dawn Robson

Dawn Robson has over 25 years' experience working as a Registered Chartered Psychologist. Over this time, she has primarily worked clinically with individuals who have mental health and neuro-diverse needs, within secure settings as well as in the community. These roles have focused on the assessment and clinical support of adults and children, and she is experienced in a range of therapeutic models practicing both individual and group work treatments. Dawn is currently providing a Clinical Psychology service to children and adolescents in a High dependency CAMHS Unit (PICU) requiring skilled risk assessment and clinical interventions that are adapted to the needs of young people. She is also Lead Psychologist in a low secure hospital working with adults in crisis and those with forensic mental health needs. Dawn is trained in the assessment of autistic spectrum disorder (ASD), personality, cognitive functioning, and psychological trauma in children and adults. Dawn Robson has a BA (Hons) degree in Psychology, a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Psychology and a PsychD in Forensic Psychology from the University of Surrey. She is currently studying part time for a Professional Doctorate in Forensic Psychology Research at the University of Birmingham. She is trained to administer the Hare Psychopathy Checklist, (PCL-R), ADOS-2 and the HCR-20 among other risk assessment tools. In addition to many years of generic clinical experience Dawn has completed accredited courses in narrative therapy, sand play and EMDR intervention. Dr Renata Fialho

Dr Renata Fialho is Clinical Psychologist and Clinical Researcher, with extensive experience working with adults with mental health difficulties. She completed her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology in Lisbon, master's in Medical and Psychology School in HIV and her PhD in chronic illness and neurocognition from the University of Sussex. Currently, Dr Renata Fialho works in an NHS specialist service at the general hospital, having developed extensive experience with Post covid syndrome, depression, anxiety, emotional difficulties associated with chronic illness, physical persistent symptoms, and Functional Neurological Disorders. Dr Susan Lawlor
