Kate is our resident heritage consultant. With several years' experience as an architect working principally within the conservation sector, she is well placed to advise clients, architects and other professionals on navigating the tricky planning and listed building system.
Kate regularly conducts research into historic buildings, identifying heritage significance which, in turn, helps maximise development potential whilst limiting harmful impact.
Her particular passion is the sustainable re-use and repurposing of existing buildings in order to ensure their continued survival for many years to come.

Liz is a Hewitt&Carr Services administrator, with a previous background in Construction, she can put her knowledge to good use when dealing with the more complex administration tasks that come her way.
On a daily basis Liz liaises with our in-house planning consultants, project managers, quantity surveyors and more offering administration support where needed. She coordinates with each department helping the team meet their goals allowing them to pass on their knowledge seamlessly to their clients.

Rob Duncan is a Planning Consultant with over 22 years of experience in the planning industry. His extensive experience and knowledge are best demonstrated by his status as a Chartered Town Planner and corporate membership at the Royal Town Planning Institute. Having spent much of his career working for the Local Authority, he knows the ins and outs of the planning system, legislation and guidance. Since converting to the private sector in 2011, he has been practising under the guise of Rob Duncan Planning Consultancy Ltd. In addition to his own practice, he now lends his abundance of expertise to provide the most successful and cost-effective planning solutions to our clients.
