Stephanie worked for 10 years at Bird & Bird, a leading London law firm, where her practice focused on transactions for clients at the cutting edge of technology and data commercialisation.
Stephanie has significant in-house experience and an excellent understanding of how best to support business teams, having worked at the global headquarters of some of the world's largest companies.
In 2022, she was named a ‘rising star' in The Legal 500's IT & Telecoms category.
Katie, Volt's CPO, specialises in preparing businesses for, and seeing them through, scaling. Working across people and talent, she focuses on talent acquisition, people operations and growth strategies.
Prior to Volt, Katie was CPO at Contino, a global DevOps and cloud consultancy. Before that, she was Head of People at data and analytics consultancy BIPB. Katie saw both businesses through to sale.
Jordan, Volt's Co-founder and CBDO, is a serial entrepreneur with over 20 years' experience in payments. He oversees the company's global sales and marketing strategies.
In 2009, Jordan founded PCN Capital - one of Europe's most prominent fintech consulting and recruitment agencies. Today, it helps leading fintechs find their ideal candidates.
Matt, Volt's CRO, is a global payments industry veteran who specialises in driving high growth in scale organisations. He is responsible for accelerating the adoption of Volt's open banking products across markets and business verticals.
Before joining Volt, Matt spent a decade at PayPal in a variety of senior commercial and leadership roles across Northern, Central, and Eastern Europe.
Steffen, Volt's Co-founder and COO, drives the development of the company's open payments platform while building, and managing, its all-star tech team.
He was previously at Adyen where, as VP Global Expansion, Steffen accelerated the company's global POS rollout and oversaw local card scheme integrations.
