Catherine qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1997 and a Chartered Tax Advisor in 2000 starting her career working within audit for PwC (formally Coopers & Lybrand). Catherine then moved into a tax role with Ernst & Young before her last position at Yorkshire Building Society as a senior tax manager. Having gained a wealth of experience in her previous positions Catherine joined B & H Accountancy Limited in 2021.
David has been an accountant for many years starting his career in 1985 with a firm of accountants based in Pontefract. His entire career has been spent within private practice dealing predominantly with small, medium sized businesses providing business and personal tax services. After 7 years as a director with a firm of accountants based in Wakefield David then decided to set up his own accountancy practice in 2012.
