As a lifelong Derby County supporter I am delighted to be a board member of DCCT. I am presently Cabinet Member for Health and Communities at Derbyshire County Council and the health and wellbeing of all Derbyshire residents matters and the DCCT do such fantastic work in so many areas. I am also a Board member of the Active Partners' Trust and also chair the Active Derbyshire Partners' group, I also chair the Derbyshire Health & Wellbeing Board.

Nick is a media and communications specialist and analyst, advising business leaders on all aspects of corporate communications, crisis communications and media strategy. His media and presentation training portfolio includes high-profile UK and global businesses.
He enjoyed 23 years on the national media, including 15 years as a senior journalist with the Daily Telegraph, with broadcast appearances on BBC, Sky and Newsnight, before establishing his own consultancy.
Away from work, Nick is completing an MBA in senior leadership and is Chairman of two grassroots football clubs, as well as a FA qualified referee.

Paul is the Department for Education's Head of Delivery for the Derby Opportunity Area. The Opportunity Areas programme is a place-based programme at the heart of the Government's ambition to drive up social mobility. Through evidence-based delivery and innovation, the programme aims to improve outcomes for children and young people in the twelve Opportunity Areas - from early years through to employment - and identifying and disseminating what works in these areas with other areas.
Paul is passionate about education, firmly believing that everyone should strive to continue learning and developing throughout their lives and has worked in the Department for Education since 2001. As a Trust we have worked with Paul over the past two years in his DfE OA role and he was an integral part of the development of the "This is Derby programme" and has become a great advocate for the Trust locally, regionally and nationally.

Stephen Pearce, who has been part of Derby County's executive team since joining the club in 2013, was appointed as Chief Executive Officer in August 2018.
Pearce is a Chartered Accountant and a Fellow of the ICAEW, having trained with big four accountancy firm KPMG. He also has a Bachelor of Science with Honours degree from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology (UMIST).
Pearce has 18 years of experience within the football industry starting life as an auditor with clients including Manchester City FC and Chelsea FC. Prior to joining Derby, Pearce held the position of Head of Statutory Reporting at Premier League side Chelsea for seven years between October 2006 and September 2013. Pearce also holds a position on the EFL Board as a Championship Club Director, following his appointment in June 2019

Steve Hall is a media consultant and non-executive director.
The Derbyshire-born father-of-two worked for more than 35 years in regional media, including spells as Editor of the Derby Telegraph, Managing Director of Local World Derbyshire and East Staffordshire and Editor-in-Chief of Reach Plc in the East Midlands. He was named UK Editor of the Year in 2012.
He now runs his own business, Steve Hall Communications Ltd, providing public relations advice and publishing magazines.
Steve is a director of Marketing Derby, a member of the Derby Economic Recovery Task Force and former chair of Derby Renaissance Board.
He has been a trustee of Derby County Community Trust for more than a decade and was appointed chair in October 2020.

Tracy has been a Trustee of Derby County Community Trust for three years. She is currently the lead for safeguarding and supports the inclusion, equality and diversity programme. Tracy also enjoys fundraising and supporting DCCT events.
Tracy says that Derby County Community Trust is an amazing charity with passionate, committed staff and incredible children, young people and adults that they support. She is very proud to be a part of it and the difference they make every day.
Away from DCCT Tracy is CEO of another Derbyshire charity Safe and Sound. They support children, young people and families affected by child exploitation. She is also Chair of Trustees for local charity Umbrella who support children and young adults with disabilities.
