Mr. Wilson previously served as a lawyer for ExxonMobil Corporation, where he most recently was the general counsel for ExxonMobil's affiliates in India. While at ExxonMobil, Mr. Wilson managed a team of lawyers and support professionals who handled all ExxonMobil business and operations on the Indian subcontinent, including its 2,000+ employee site in Bengaluru. Before that, he held roles in Houston, TX, and Moscow, Russia, supporting various exploration and joint-venture projects. Prior to joining ExxonMobil, he worked for a private law firm, Hogan Lovells, in Washington, D.C.<br><br>

Mr. Yandell most recently served as the senior vice president and head of lithium at Compass Minerals International. He has held various leadership roles with Albemarle Corporation-including chief commercial officer for refining catalysts and vice president of lithium operations, leading and executing strategic initiatives across the United States, Chile, Australia, and China. Early in his career he also spent time with BASF and Praxair (now Linde AG).<br><br>
