Dawn Mejan

Dawn grew up in the suburbs of Chicago and earned her RN degree from Purdue University in 1988. She develops and manages many of the systems and procedures within our office. Her and Dwight met while attending college and married in 1992. They have 3 children, a daughter, and twin boys. She left the field of nursing to raise their children and homeschooled them for many years. Rather than returning to the field of nursing she left to raise their kids, she decided to utilize her passions and strengths in organization, systems management, and accounting to help 360 Capital Management. Dawn enjoys talking with clients, coordinating special projects, and helping in various support roles within the office. Her passion in complete financial planning came firsthand in caring for her aging mother. She understands the importance of proper holistic planning and the role insurance plays in safeguarding assets from the high costs of Long-Term Care. In her free time Dawn enjoys hiking, reading, traveling, exercising, and volunteering in the community.

Dean Zayed

Dean is the founder and CEO of Brookstone Capital Management, LLC. (BCM). BCM is an advisory firm with over $8 billion in assets under management and clients in all 50 states. As an independent firm, BCM is able to utilize a large array of investment options and vehicles to create robust portfolios that span varying levels of risk. As a result, Brookstone was recently ranked the number one fastest-growing RIA firm in 2021, according to Financial Advisor Magazine (fa-mag.com). Dean is also the founder and CEO of Prizm Financial Advisors, Inc., a private wealth management practice dedicated to helping its clients achieve every one of their lifetime financial goals. Dean commits to offering a one-source solution for managing, growing, and preserving his client's wealth. Dean graduated from Northwestern University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. As an Omicron Delta Epsilon Economics Honor Society member, he completed the Business Institute and Undergraduate Leadership programs. In addition, Dean received a Juris Doctor degree from Northwestern University School of Law. He received his Masters's degree in Taxation (LLM) from Chicago-Kent College of Law. Dean is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and holds the Illinois insurance license for life, health, and long-term care. A lifelong resident of the Chicago area, Dean, was born and raised in the northwest side of Chicago and currently resides in Hinsdale with his wife, Michele, daughter, Marissa, and son, Anthony.

Dwight is the owner and founder of 360 Capital Management. He grew up in the Midwest in a suburb of Chicago. He is the middle of 3 boys. He has a daughter, Hallie, and twin boys, Jacob & Noah. Dwight graduated in 1991 from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a minor in Finance. In 1994 Dwight moved to NC with his bride, Dawn, and began his career working for nationally known insurance company where he specialized in working with pre-retirees and retirees. Six years later he was promoted to manage a branch location in Raleigh, NC, where he enjoyed 7 years of building and growing a territory location of 20 counties and managing a large staff. In 2010 he decided to go out on his own and become independent to provide a broader spectrum of solutions for his clients. Dwight enjoys working with a diverse group of clients from all walks of life and equally enjoys the opportunity to work with members of his family in helping to build fundamentally sound retirement solutions for their clients. Much of his success in personal investing at an early age he credits to his father's advice growing up. He would often say, "Create a budget, live within your means and save for a rainy day!". Both parents modeled character and integrity and he is grateful to them for instilling a set of core values and giving solid advice through the years. In his free time he enjoys traveling with his family, fly fishing, golf and relaxing in the mountains in western Carolina.

Mark DiOrio - Chief Investment Officer

Mark W. DiOrio, CFA, is the Chief Investment Officer of Brookstone Capital Management. In his role, he leads the firm's investment committee and drives the firm's investment policy framework and portfolio construction methodology. He oversees the portfolio strategy group that provides recommendations on strategic and tactical portfolio design. Mark directs research on external managers and develops internal strategies. He produces and presents content for advisor training, a weekly Market Watch update, and the firm's quarterly market reports. Prior to joining Brookstone, he was responsible for launching and managing a boutique investment management subsidiary of a publicly traded regional bank holding company. Mark has been featured in the ETF Report, interviewed by Investor's Business Daily, and quoted in the Wall Street Journal.

Mitchell Keiser - COO

Mitchell is the Director of Operations at 360 Capital Management. He grew up in a small town in central Pennsylvania before moving to North Carolina in 2018. Mitchell graduated from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania where he got a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration & Management with a minor in Business Administration. He is currently engaged to be married to his beautiful fiancé, Hallie. Post college, Mitchell served in ministry for 2 years before apprenticing with Mr. Mejan in the areas on Finance and Insurance. Prior to school, Mitchell worked for 3 years in Health and Wellness and 3 years in Long Term Care Administration. Since being on board with our team, he swiftly grew as an apprentice to overseeing all day-to-day company operations. This line of work allows Mitchell to exercise his passion of strategically helping people, not from the bias of a company but with the intent to apply sincere advice to both a client's personal and financial endeavors. In his free time, he enjoys going to the mountains with his fiancé, fitness training, traveling, reading, volunteering, and spending time with family.
