Agnese Perego

Project Architect with over ten years of professional experience in the fields of architecture, interior design, renovation of historic buildings, urban planning, infrastructure and landscape design, Agnese has worked on projects developed in several countries working with various architect firms or company. First and foremost, she has a lively interest concerning the research of the quality of architectural/engineering design process with a specialization on Building Information Modeling Management. Through her approach to problem solving, her organizational skills and her ability to work in multidisciplinary teams, she was involved as Project Coordinator on several orders of 3TI PROGETTI since 2017 as Cultural Center, sport center and on the design of Palazzo dei Diamanti in Ferrara. Now she is part of Business Development Italy - Buildings Sector and works actively on different technical proposal for national and international competitions.

Andrea Piacenti - CTO

Andrea, with a degree in Building Engineering, has consolidated his experience in the infrastructure field both from a design and managerial point of view, actively participating in the economic management activities of 3TI PROGETTI work orders and in the assistance activities to the Works Supervision both in Italy and abroad. Since 2005 he has collaborated within 3TI as an engineering consultant with the major airport architecture specialists with the dual objective of combining from the earliest stages of the project the form and function, with an approach that could guarantee an economically efficient airport development and at the same time building a "social" reference node in the area subject to intervention. Within 3TI he was able to gain considerable experience also in the road field, given that the company has been working for years in both public and private sectors for important customers, carrying out prestigious projects both in Italy and abroad. Andrea is actively involved in the "integrated" planning of road infrastructures that includes the design of all the elements: viaducts, tunnels, underground canals, pedestrian walkways, paving, signage and lighting aiming at safety, reducing traffic congestion and minimizing the environmental impact. His activity is enriched by his qualification as a "Fire Protection Expert" registered in the list of the Ministry of the Interior pursuant to article 16 of the Legislative Decree of March 8, 2006, n. 139 (as per law 818/84) which has made him the natural referent of 3TI regarding the Fire Protection Engineering service. From 2018 Andrea Piacenti is Technical Director of AIRPORTS AND HIGWAYS sector and Partner of 3TI PROGETTI.

Andrea Romildo

Andrea is a Civil engineer with 15 years of experience in buildings and transport infrastructures design. During his career Andrea has worked on important and complex infrastructure projects, in Italy and abroad, acquiring a deep knowledge of the structural and technical issues commonly related to the construction of transport infrastructures, and facing a wide range of technical fields. He capitalized this acquired expertise performing a leading role as project engineer and technical coordinator in important international projects, with a design approach deeply focused on urban and environmental conditions, and the socio-economic context. He is 3TI's representative for the Stations and mixed use infrastructure design service.

Barbara Paone

Barbara is an Architect with experience in digital management of Building Information Process, she attended an advanced Revit training course and is teacher of Revit Architecture and BIM Management courses, from basic to advanced level. Since 2015 she is 3TI BIM Manager and she got Certified Autodesk Revit professional in 2018 and is involved in a constant process of research and deepening process for the BIM integration in the construction process. Working in synergy with our design teams, she manages BIM's integrated design processes, supporting the design, control and management of the construction phases. Barbara can skillfully design and manage a building system, its components and processes to meet the project intentions, she has the ability to identify, formulate and solve engineering problems throughout the use of BIM technology. She has played an active role in obtaining 3TI BIM certification and she is representative for the Building Information Modeling (BIM) Design, Building Department.

Daniele Biondi

Daniele is an Architect with over 15 years of experience; he has practiced architecture for a number of project designing hospitals, residences, and other building type with the aim of bringing the design to compliant standards and exemplary quality, whilst meeting the projected demand. As a senior architect, Daniele manages multiple concurrent projects in diverse roles and responsibilities, in order to successfully deliver the design at each stage from brief inception to contract administration and construction completion. In 3TI he is the representative for Healthcare infrastructure design within the Public Sector. His experience on healthcare facilities ranges from refurbishment of the smallest clinic to master planning large academic medical hospitals for both public and private clients.

Eleonora Bello - Chief Legal Officer

Eleonora, "In-house lawyer" with specialization in the matter of contracts and due diligences, after having worked for years as a Lawyer for several law firms, she became General Counsel of 3TI PROGETTI in 2014. She takes care and manages the activities of the Board and the corporate bodies, guaranteeing the coordination and the correct flow of information between the company's management and the other departments of the company. She follows the legal issues related to the different areas of the corporate transactions; she deals with the legal aspects of setting up, organizing and managing ATI, Consortia of Companies, Joint Ventures and in general the preparation of collaboration agreements at national and international level in which 3TI is involved.

Emanuele Moretti

Emanuele has a degree Civil construction Engineering from the Tor Vergata University of Rome, he joined 3TI PROGETTI in 2012 and, since then, most of his professional experience has been focused on project management and control for infrastructure and building projects. Most of the relevant projects in which he has served as Project Manager were in international context especially in Middle East and most recently in Northern Europe. Emanuele is now 3TI representative for the Project and construction management and the Infrastructure BIM Design services working side by side with the Technical Directors of the same sectors.

Emanuele Stirpe

Emanuele is 3TI PROGETTI's IT Manager since 2008, dealing with safety of client and server device of the company. Emanuele coordinates server activity with internal and external consultants in order to implement and update the services that 3TI offers to its own partners or clients (FTP, mail server, file server, etc…). As an Electronic Engineer, Emanuele looks for new solutions to support the colleagues that work abroad in order to optimize the data and information sharing platforms (VPN, cloud system, documental software). He also manages the activities concerning data backup and data recovery.

Erica Rizzo

Erica, graduated in Architecture at La Sapienza University of Rome in 2011 with an experimental thesis about a wind park for suburban areas energy enhancement. She began her work experience in leading architectural firms in Rome dealing with the architectural and urban planning of important works both in the field of social and transport infrastructures focusing on the landscape aspect, optimizing the environmental and territory inclusion. In 3TI since 2019, she is in charge of coordinating the activities of the Tender Office for the Italian market, from scouting and selection of calls for tender up to the establishment of Joint Venture with various partners. Furthermore she coordinates the internal resources dedicated to domestic tenders.

Francesca Carnevale obtained the diploma of Surveyor in 1987. Her working activity developed first in the technical field, collaborating in the design and supervision of works in the building sector for more than 10 years. After joining 3TI PROGETTI in 2001, she began to deal with the call for tenders. Today she holds the role of administrative manager within the Tender office of the company, dealing in particular with the coordination of Joint Venture partners, the verification of the administrative documentation of the tender procedure, the monitoring of the tender timing and deadlines.

Francesca Salvador

Francesca is a Building Engineer with specialization in architectural design. She joined 3TI PROGETTI in 2004 in the business development department, subsequently focusing her interests on the design field and gaining a deep experience on urban scale and building design, in both public and private sectors.

Giorgia joined 3TI PROGETTI as Civil Engineer and during the years, given her inclination to business development, has gained a wide experience in working on international opportunities providing strong contribute in the International Business Development. Giorgia is currently coordinating International tenders and she supports the International Business Development Director in the strategic market studies. She manages the pipeline of new business opportunities coming into the company taking care of the internal priorities. She assists the team members in the preparation of technical and financial proposal making sure they meet client expectations and needs. Once identified potential business deals, Giorgia starts liaising with potential partners -new or consolidated ones- after having internally agreed with her Director the specific market strategies, tender requirements and chances.

Giuseppe Della Croce

Giuseppe is a Building Engineer specialized in construction sites and has as well the qualifications to carry out the position of Safety Coordinator in the design and execution phase pursuant to the Legislative Decree 81/08. Graduated in 2004, over the years he has carried out research and studies, supported by the assiduous professional practice, on the topics of site safety and the management of works in building and infrastructure. From 2006 Giuseppe collaborates with 3TI following most of the construction site projects in which the company is involved as the main referent of the Construction planning and site design service.

Lavinia Forte - COO

Lavinia graduated in Building Construction Engineering at the Università La Sapienza of Rome. In 2012 she joined 3TI PROGETTI within the team dedicated to the management of Pedemontana Lombarda Motorway project. Due to the exponential growth of the firm, in 2013 the Board decided to implement the management control department and Lavinia was appointed as Responsible. This was "her great opportunity" - as she says - which directed her career strongly, giving her the possibility to understand the production systems, financial aspects and their connections, working closely with the Board. When the founding partners decided to expand leadership responsibilities, Lavinia Forte has been appointed to the newly created Director of Operations role. In this role she can give a transversal contribution to the company, trying to maximize productivity and efficiency through extensive process analysis and collaboration among all departments. Lavinia is one of the 10 new 3TI Partners appointed in 2018.

Livia Capobianchi

With a degree in Civil Engineering, Livia joins 3TI PROGETTI in 2012 in the technical area of the tender office. Subsequently, she follows in Oman the activities related to Adam Rafo Military Base project in which she mainly deals with the correspondence and delivery activities with the customer. From 2014, she started working in management control, directing above all JDE management control software, experience that allowed her to effectively support the Technical Director of Doha metro project for the activities related to the Project Management of this important work order. Today Livia is Project Manager for the contract management, invoicing and delivery management of all projects of the Building department of 3TI.

From 2018 Maria Teresa Navarra is Technical Director of the RAILWAYS sector and responsible for the Bridges & Viaducts Design and Partner of 3TI PROGETTI. Maria Teresa is a Building Construction Engineer with considerable experience gained over the years in the railway sector, also thanks to her direct involvement in various framework contracts drawn up by 3TI PROGETTI with the railways, Italferr, RFI, customers that the company has supported with strategic advice both on a large and small scale.

Massimiliano Matta

Surveyor specialized in the field of Quantity Surveying, Price Analysis and Project Development, Massimiliano deals in particular with economic feasibility studies and cost control. Over the years, through professional practice, he has gained competence in the field of technical specifications, such as contract specifications and documents, as well as in the land recording field, through pilings, splitting up and expropriation activities. To complete his training, a profound experience with regard to topographic surveys and high precision leveling and all the preparatory activities for the preliminary, final, detailed, construction and as-built design. Massimiliano has been working with 3TI PROGETTI since 1998 and is representative for the Quantity surveying and cost control service, coordinating the BoQ team and managing the work-flow.

Michele Amerio - CTO

Michele is a Building Engineer with long experience in complex building projects with a particular interest in achieving an integrated approach between design and sustainability through energetic-environmental and technical - economic feasibility. Over the years he has acquired high expertise in managing main 3TI international projects and the Engineering teams involved on the provision of the services. Having joined 3TI more than 10 years ago, from 2013 to 2015 he was in charge within the International Business Development Department of 3TI PROGETTI. In this role he managed the start-up of 3TI's activities in KSA coordinating the staff involved in business development and engineering activities. Since 2015 he managed the 3TI start-up in Qatar and became the Project Manager in the Red Line South Underground within Metro Doha Project, where 3TI completed the design with the role of Lead Designer under Vinci Construction. Since 2018 Michele Amerio is Technical Director CITIES AND URBAN SYSTEMS and 3TI PROGETTI Partner.

Sara Di Pompeo

Sara joined the company after graduating. She is an Engineer skilled in architectural design, animated by a great interest in environmental issues; she developed profound skills of typological and technological nature during her professional and research activity. Thanks to her 11 years' experience in architectural and plant design of building and infrastructure works, she manages as a specialist technical and design coordination activities of a team composed mainly of construction engineers, mechanical engineers, structural engineers and architects, who deal with building design, both architecturally and technologically, and with infrastructures for transport in urban and extra-urban areas design. Sara now follows significant interventions related to the field of energy saving, such as photovoltaic and wind parks. Her activities are developed in the context of complex orders and significant project interventions, allowing the combination of her architectural sensibility with the research for engineering solutions integrated with plant and environmental requirements. She is 3TI's representative for the Renewable and future energies design.

Valerio Ronca

Valerio has been part of 3TI Progetti for over 10 years. Versatile and available, he played several roles in the staff. As manager of the department, he deals with the purchase of hardware / software equipment and the management of the related assistance and updating contracts. He manages the requests of the technicians, taking into account the needs and peculiarities of the various departments of the company and the procurement of the licenses necessary to guarantee the regular performance of the activities. Valerio is in charge of updating the inventory of the corporate equipment, the direct management of the suppliers (search for new ones, evaluation of skills, reliability, costs, etc.) and takes care of preparing the contracts of the collaborators.
