Tessa chose the name 4Generations in homage to her great-grandmother. Although they never met it was Christmas cake made to Granny Bird's legendary recipe that was Tessa's first and enduring cake memory... She baked and decorated this special cake each Christmas with her grandmother. While the decoration has improved since those early days this recipe is still baked for the family every Christmas. Grandma also passed on her unique way of making mince pies... Based on the Surrey/Sussex border Tessa creates exquisite cakes for special occasions, each cake individually designed, decorated to your requirements.
