Captain Mohamed Juma Al Shamisi has almost two decades of experience in the trade and logistics industry globally, during which he gained extensive experience across multiple vital and diversified sectors. Al Shamisi plays an integral role in driving the growth of AD Ports Group, the global leader in logistics, industry, and trade. His management and futuristic strategy have enabled the Group's successful expansion across five continents, and in covering the entire trade ecosystem with its vertically integrated business that spans Digital, Economic Cities & Free Zones, Logistics, Maritime, and Ports. Al Shamisi, the Managing Director and Group CEO, is also the Chairman of Aramex and Vice Chairman of UAE Sailing & Rowing Federation. He serves on the boards of the Etihad Aviation Group, Abu Dhabi Airports Company, and MAKE A WISH Foundation, UAE. He holds an MBA, an advanced Diploma of Applied Science (shipmaster), and a Graduate Certificate of Management from the University of Tasmania, Australia. Dr. Justain Bracken has 25 years global executive and investment experience in Technology, Manufacturing, Financial Services, Professional Services, and Private Equity. He is currently ADQ's Executive Director of Digital Transformation and Innovation, leading the digital and innovation agenda across ADQs multi-sector portfolio to drive growth, productivity, and sustainability. He was previously Chief Performance Officer at Nokia, leading a successful global multi-billion turnaround as member of the Turnaround Management Board. He was previously Senior Partner at KPMG China, where he was Head of Digitalisation China and Head of Strategy and Deal Strategy Hong Kong. Prior to this, he held leadership roles at AB Bernstein, Canada Pension Plan, Smiths Groups, BCG and NASA, where he received NASAs exceptional achievement award.

Elena Sorlini

Ms. Sorlini has over 18 years of aviation industry experience and currently holds the position of Executive Director at ADQ, where she oversees the asset management activities of ADQ's Transport and Logistics portfolio. She is also a member of the board at Abu Dhabi Airports, Etihad Airways, Abu Dhabi Aviation and ADQ Aviation and Aerospace Services. Ms. Sorlini has held executive positions globally in the wider aviation ecosystem, including Vice President of Strategic Planning at Oman Aviation Group and Director of Strategy at Copenhagen Airports. Prior to that, she was Vice President at Macquarie Airports, one of the largest private airport owners and operators, where she was responsible for the asset management activities of Rome Airports and Copenhagen Airports. Ms. Sorlini holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, majoring in Planning and Control from Bocconi University, and a Master's degree in Corporate Finance. She also holds an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) from Copenhagen Business School.

H.E. Abdulla Al Sahi is a board of directors member at Abu Dhabi Airports, combining this with his roles as Acting Undersecretary of the Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT), Chairman of Abu Dhabi General Services Company (Musanada), Chairman of Modon Properties and board member of both Abu Dhabi Housing Authority (ADHA) and Zayed Higher Organisation for People of Determination. In his current role at the DMT, H.E. Al Sahi oversees financial and administrative procedures, additionally supervising all strategic, operational and transport processes. His role serves to ensure that DMT's activities are in line with the requirements and objectives of the Abu Dhabi Plan. Prior to assuming his positions, H.E. Al Sahi also played a critical role in founding Modon with the aim of developing real estate, touristic, and residential projects, serving as CEO since its launch in early 2018 until early 2020. H.E. H.E. Nader Ahmed Al Hammadi

H.E. Nader Al Hammadi is a board member at Abu Dhabi Airports, combining this with his role as Chairman of the Board of Abu Dhabi Aviation, the single largest commercial helicopter operator in the Middle East, having originally joined the company as Managing Director in 2009.
