Add | Wellbeing is a mental health and wellbeing in the workplace programme delivered by the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust... We work with organisations to assess, design and deliver bespoke mental health support - employing a ‘whole system' approach to offer in-depth insights and facilitate long-term cultural change... Our delivery team is drawn from clinicians and trainers with specialist experience in clinical and consultancy services at the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust and as educators involved with the wide range of Tavistock and Portman programmes.
