Andy built his reputation over a decade at Sony's award-winning creative team in London concepting, designing and directing creative content for global advertising, promotional campaigns, games and interactive experiences. At Airglow Andy focuses on the Art Direction and Design of world class content, collaborating with the client as a creative partner, ensuring a consistently high quality bar with innovative, engaging content.
As a Production Manager, Gill oversaw the multi-disciplined creative services team at Sony for games, interactive experiences, marketing and PR campaigns and was nominated for a BAFTA for her work. At Airglow, Gill works with global clients to help clarify their creative strategy in line with business goals and ensures excellent customer experience levels from concept to completion.
