Our crew leaders have 20+ years of construction experience and are OSHA 30 and Lift Certified. They have the ability to clearly communicate with the GC- and will immediately escalate any items of importance or urgency. Having been in the industry for many years gives them the ability to handle and resolve many of the situations that come up during these types of projects... We believe communication is key and we provide daily/weekly updates on the project via text or email, regarding progress, weather delays, any GC/Client communication, etc. Our crew leaders will provide pictures of the project as well as video... Along with over 20+ years of construction experience, our teams are OSHA 30 and Lift Certified. We also conduct drug testing prior to hiring and will comply with any project specific drug testing..
