ANAND A - Key Persons
Karan was born in India in 1993 and grew up in vibrant Delhi, the capital of India. He now heads up ANAND A and has won many fans for his bold, ingredient-driven and contemporary cooking style.
His passion for food made him quit a degree in economics and take up a training program at the Oberoi Hotel Group in 2010. Highly sought-after among young Indian chefs, the program is the only one of its kind in India, offering hands-on training to the 50 candidates picked from 5,000 applications annually. Karan learnt his craft there for three years, covering all aspects and regions of Indian cuisine.
