ASH Consulting was established in 2005 to provide planning, environmental and telecommunications consulting services to support public and private organizations. Jeff Hightower RCDD, the principal at ASH Consulting, holds degrees in Chemistry, Geology and Information Systems as well as certification as a BiCSi Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD). He has 25 years of experience working as a consultant, for a nationally recognized engineering consulting firm, and as an employee for a major public university. He specializes in working with public and private entities and across public-private partnerships to develop and implement master utility plans, environmental permits and telecommunication systems.
