John Lamphiere leads ActiveCampaign's global New Business and Growth teams. This is a multi-functional role with responsibility to lead strategy and new business development through the entire inbound funnel, as well as outbound, to acquire new direct customers and channel partners. He also oversees the growth of our partner and direct ecosystem.
John holds 30 years of leadership experience, having previously been VP of Glassdoor's international business with responsibility for business expansion of both the B2C and B2B business. Prior to this, John was Managing Director of Quantcast International's HQ in Dublin and Director of the Global SMB and Operations after a two-year stint where he led the international sales teams. Prior to joining Quantcast, John was a Regional Director at Facebook EMEA for more than 5 years.

Joy Whinery is Chief Financial Officer at ActiveCampaign. In her role, Joy oversees the Finance, Accounting, and Legal functions. She has over two decades of strategic financial and operational leadership experience and a successful track record of driving results and accelerating growth. Prior to joining ActiveCampaign, Joy served as the CFO at PlanSource, a SaaS-based benefits administration technology company. Previously, she was CFO at 84.51°, a retail data insights and media division of the Kroger Company. Earlier in her career, she held various finance leadership roles at Worldpay, Gilead Sciences, and Johnson & Johnson. Joy holds a BBA from the University of Michigan, Ross School of Business and an MBA from the University of California Berkeley, Haas School of Business.

Kallie McConkie is the Senior Vice President of Customer Experience and Success at ActiveCampaign. Since joining ActiveCampaign in 2018, Kallie has been instrumental in growing the team across the globe to support customer-facing teams. These teams include customer support, onboarding, customer education, solutions consulting, customer success management, and implementation functions to create remarkable customer experiences-helping businesses grow using marketing automation.
Kallie is a proud member of Chief and an active participant in the Chicago Tech Customer Success community, participating in the Sales Assembly Customer Success Leadership Council. She received her bachelors degree from Michigan State University.
