Michael studied Mechatronics and Automotive Engineering in Munich. Over the course of his 13 years of automotive experience as a project engineer, project manager and executive, he has worked on many highly innovative projects. Most recently, he successfully established and managed an R&D department based on his innovative concept. In addition, Michael co-founded tech startup etaEM GmbH in 2018, which develops inductive power transfer systems.
Michael is creative, thinks laterally, likes to implement innovative concepts, and loves to set impulses and shape the future as a team. In addition to his role as the company's architect, Michael heads the IT and Marketing departments and the Startup Booster business unit.

Sebastian studied Information Science in Regensburg. Since 2012 he was working in development departments of the automotive industry. In 2015, he took over his first leading position and mainly engaged in the areas of HMI and connected mobility. Additionally, he acted as a industrial advisory member for the 5G Lab Germany until march 2020. Since 2017 Sebastian is working on a doctorate at the electrical engineering faculty of the TU Dresden in the fields of communication networks. Sebastian also co-founded Enari GmbH, a tech startup for a motion profiling and anticipation system for human in the loop interaction.
Sebastian is curious and looking for challenges. Sebastian is also a very outgoing person who loves to engage in customer relations, responding to their individual needs and working out tailor-made solutions. At AVENYR he is responsible for Business Development, Sales and the Consulting business unit.

Sébastien grew up in France and studied Telecommunications Engineering there. For the last 17 years, he has worked for an engineering service company in the automotive sector in Munich. First in customer projects as a technical project manager, later in various internal management positions, and finally as site manager. Sébastien strongly contributed to the significant growth of the company by developing existing business units and launching completely new business areas.
Sébastien strives for the big picture, likes to define visions and strategies to respond to current and future customer needs, and loves to develop people and teams, taking them along on the way to the goal. In addition to his position as Managing Director, Sébastien is responsible for Human Resources, Finance, Strategy and the Engineering business unit.
