Amanda's journey with Best Care started in April, 2010. With over 30 years of office experience, she brings a mix of dedication and compassion to help people obtain the services they need to live comfortably in their homes. The journey goes on as she continues to use the knowledge she's gained to help others.

Andre has over 20 years of leadership and management experience and 10 years legal expertise. Andre is passionate about improving the lives of home care recipients and caregivers by making services easy and convenient, and by providing fair treatment and wages for caregivers. When not working, Andre enjoys reading, listening to music, and practicing Tai Chi.
Agency founder Andre Best, an attorney and former union president, established Best Care in 2005 with his father and wife. Back then, their mission was simple: provide resources for individuals to find the home care services they needed and offer reputable administrative services to caregivers in the Twin Cities.

Anna joined Best Care in 2020 with over 5 years of home care experience. Her background
includes working with clients and PCAs within both the 245D and PCA programs. Anna brings
her knowledge of home care along with a caring and kind client service outlook. She graduated
with a B.S. from the University of Wisconsin, La Crosse in communications. Anna spends her

Ashley joined Best Care in 2019, she brings over 4 years of customer service experience from her time working for one of the biggest, and busiest hotels in downtown Minneapolis. Prior to that, she was a licensed body piercer for 4 years and still appreciates the art of body modification. She enjoys listening to live music, camping, and playing outside with her hula hoops.

Becky is a licensed social worker with several years' experience working with individuals and families. She spends time volunteering doing various things in the community. She enjoys spending time with family, friends, hiking, traveling, biking, watch movies and explore and try new things. She is passionate about helping people reach their goals.
Brady has worked individuals and families for over 20 years, first as a nanny, and then as a labor and postpartum doula, then as a home health nurse, and now as a QP. She loves this work. She enjoys spending time with friends and family, knitting and reading. She has a BA from the University of Washington in Seattle, where she lived for over 20 years.

Brenda has her degree in accounting and has performed accounting, bookkeeping, collections, customer service and payroll duties for 17+ years. Her experience has included working for a garden center, motel, giftware agency, tax firm, and county agency before moving into a billing position in 2010 working with participant-directed programs. Brenda became interested in this area when her elderly father moved in with her and she relates to families in need of these services. Brenda enjoys spending time with her family and dogs; reading and she loves being outdoors!
Danielle Dohmeier is a licensed social worker with more than 20 years in the social services profession. She has experience providing services to individuals from a variety of cultural and ethnic background. She believes that strong communities begin with strong relationships. As a case manager with Best Care she appreciates the opportunity to work directly with clients in a sensitive and competent manner.
Dawn has been employed with Best Care since 2014. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, crochet and reading. She has a BA in Biology and a BS in Computer Science. Dawn has 3 kids and 1 cat.
Kimberly comes to Best Care with over 20 years of office management and employee relations experience. She joined the team because she is passionate about working for a company that invests in making the lives of others better. When not working, Kimberly enjoys watching her kids play hockey, spending time with family and friends, live music, and gardening.

Leann joins the Best Care team with over 15 years in marketing, leadership, brand strategy and a nine year history of working in the home care industry. Leann oversees the brand and communications as well as our client experience, ensuring the agency's approach to educating families on home care and solving client and their caregiver challenges remains our top priority. Family, photography and travel are her focus outside of work.

- FMS Accountant and Payroll Coordinator
Maxine has a diverse accounting background with more than 18 years of experience, which includes several years working with participant-directed programs. She provides accounting oversight for FMS processes and maintains the accounting and payroll processing systems. She assists participant-employers in fulfilling employer-related requirements while assuring compliance with federal/state laws and regulations. As an FMS subject matter specialist, she supports the payroll team and facilitates cross-team collaboration.

Melissa worked in retail for 6 years and finally found her career at Best Care. She enjoys the outdoors by rollerblading, walking her dogs and grilling. She has pet birds, cats and dogs.

Michele comes to Best Care with over 25 years working in the social services profession. She started
Nancy joined Best Care in 2022 with 6 years of experience in the QP world. Prior to that Nancy worked in Program and Project Management with International Non-Profits. When she is not working, she enjoys serving the marginalized and under-represented communities through a local non-profit. She also greatly delights in spending time with her family.

Natalie is a licensed social worker who comes to Best Care with over 9 years of experience in
Noel Dohmeier | RN, QP, Spanish Speaking noel@bestcaremn.com | (763) 710-2004 Noel's journey began in 1989 as a PCA and has enjoyed working as an RN in a variety of health care environments for 18 years. She believes in educating and supporting people's strengths in order to help them thrive independently in their home. She's passionate about speaking Spanish, nutrition and world travel.
Raina has 20 years of experience as a Fiscal Service Coordinator with participant-directed programs (CDCS, CSG, and Veteran Directed HCBS). As a lead staff, she consults on policies and service delivery. She provides support to participant employers and their representatives; and attends local and national meetings and conferences. She manages a caseload and supports other teams as the FMS subject matter expert.

Shannon has 20 years of experience providing direct care for children and young adults with special needs. In addition, Shannon has 10 years of direct customer service experience, including intake services for the PCA Choice program. Shannon enjoys gardening and meditation, spending time with friends and family, traveling and live music.
Shawn has experience working as an RN with 13 years in home care. His LPN practice is from spending time in the medical surgical unit, as well as the cardiac step down unit of care. As a PCA, Shawn has continued his work with the orthopedics unit and within the emergency room. He also has international experience with his travel to Honduras on a medical missions trip through Volunteers in Medical Missions, where he helped set up clinics and assist those in need of support.
Tony has worked with participated directed programs for over 10 years. He has most recently worked as a waiver case manager in southern Minnesota. In the past, he's worked with adults with disabilities in group home settings and as a job coach, teaching employment skills. He currently lives in southern Minnesota with his wife and children and enjoys biking, running, movies and camping with family. Tony enjoys helping people find answers and delivering great customer service.
