G O A T YOGA

In 1994, Yoga Danny chose Integrative Yoga Therapy as my professional yoga-training program. The IYT program teaches the science of yoga to facilitate health and wellness in the physical body, balance, and integration of the mind and emotions. This exploration is an easy and gentle traditional Hatha Yoga practice. I have combined 30 plus years of experience and all the different yoga styles to create an easy, gentle yet effective Hatha Yoga program for all levels of students. After practicing candle gazing, a visual meditation to enhance concentration, focus, and the philosophy of "Bye," a simple one-letter word to quiet the "Monkey Mind," clients tend to sleep, feel and perform better... I was given the name, "Yoga Danny," by the University of Colorado football team in 2001 during my three years as their yoga instructor.
