Pole dance as a genre is constantly growing and developing its own unique and distinct sub genres. Our ‘Flow' classes, aimed at Intermediate level students and above, incorporate specific pole styles, which commonly emphasise making dance movements merge seamlessly into one another, while incorporating physically demanding floor and pole-based elements... Body Electric is proud to have a team of over 20 experienced and dedicated teachers, covering an enormous range of pole styles. Our teachers come from varied backgrounds, and have a profusion of body movement, fitness, and dance..
