Break The Floor Productions began in 1999 and has since grown to become one of the world's preeminent dance entertainment companies. Break the Floor encompasses dance workshops, dance competitions, touring theatrical productions, photo and video production, corporate events, apparel, real estate, production rental studios, software development, and virtual on-line dance training... In 1999, Break The Floor Productions produced its first tap workshop in a small rehearsal studio with only 100 tap dancers. After two successful events, BTF collaborated with world-renowned choreographer Mia Michaels on a contemporary dance event called Mia Live: The Work of Mia Michaels.
