Having gained invaluable experience in telesales and marketing, Bradley began his career within the property industry in 2013 for a highly regarded corporate company within their Walthamstow office. It was there where he developed a passion for all things property, and he hasn't look back since. Following a brief stint with a central London based agent, Bradley then embarked on his travels exploring Australia, New Zealand and Tasmania. He joined Butler & Stag in 2019 and has proved to be instant success climbing the leader board as one our most successful Property Consultants.
Budworth Hall is a fine example of 19th Century Gothic architecture and is home to many events in Ongar including the Real Ale festival. Budworth Hall also acts as the meeting place for clubs and societies including keep-fit, karate and dance classes.
The organiser of the Bow office, Caisey's role is to make sure the office runs smoothly, and the sales and lettings teams are fully supported. She is new to the industry but has years of experience in an office environment. She handles everything from contracts to office files to make sure we are fully compliant. Caisey loves helping walk-in customers as well answering phones, along with supporting the managers with the pre and post-valuation duties.

Having transferred to Butler & Stag from an independent agent in Loughton, Charlie quickly transitioned into our way of working. Initially, he commented that he had never worked so hard in his first few weeks but quickly realised that hard work breeds results and success, and that our valued clients deserve both. Charlie has flourished in his time with the company and has now progressed up the ladder to Senior Sales Consultant. He now begins a future valuing, let's see where his hard work takes him.
Charlotte is new to the industry but that doesn't stop her from transferring her long-standing experience with building/maintaining a relationship with clients. Born in East London and moved to Essex, she is able to provide locational expertise on the areas we cover. Her favourite part of the day is speaking to clients and making new connections within the industry.

Chris is a proven winner and is highly respected for his calming approach to property sales. Chris expertise includes negotiating, valuing, and sales progression. Chris has quickly climbed the ladder and is now the Assistant Sales Manager. A great support for Tony and together they have raised the profile of the office, as being the go to agent for results within the area.
David is a bright, intelligent, and hardworking young man. He continues to create an impact whilst supporting his clients in the purchase, sale, and leasing of properties across East London. A true trailblazer, who is determined to provide value and personal service to all whom he interacts with.

Ella has quickly progressed to being one of the finest administrators within the company and has now gone on to be our Social Media/Marketing Manager. Wise beyond her years and ruthlessly efficient, her roles consists of content creation, marketing strategies, event planning along with a host of other roles. Residing locally in Theydon Bois, Ella loves her short walk to work and making sure the brand is consistent over all platforms.

George has worked in property for over 10 years, he takes pride in the first-class customer service which he offers, along with making long-lasting relationships with vendors and buyers. Having grown up in the area, he certainly knows the area and can be invaluable when working in the industry.

Previously a mundane, rather forlorn inner-city area, Hackney Wick has undergone a remarkable transformation in recent years, largely thanks to the legacy programme that was delivered after the London 2012 Olympics. Today, it is a thriving, artsy area with a distinct charm and beauty, especially along the Lee Navigation canal, where colourful narrow boats and an abundance of wildlife are very much in evidence.
On the boundaries of the London Borough of Hackney and the London Borough of Tower Hamlets, Hackney Wick is known as London's greenest borough with over 60 parks and green spaces, including the famous Hackney Marshes, home of Sunday League football.
Affectionately known as The Wick, the area once had a rich industrial history, but these days, with industry and manufacturing long since gone, many of the buildings have been creatively repurposed. Meanwhile, the site of Hackney Wick Stadium, famous for its greyhound and speedway racing, now falls within the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and is a commercial space, housing various artistic and digital endeavours.
Transport links in Hackney Wick are good, with the Overground station taking you to Stratford International in just over 10 minutes and similarly for Highbury & Islington where you can pick up the Victoria line. There are also plenty of good bus routes. as you would expect, there is a variety of property options available in the area, from stylish, converted industrial buildings and warehouses to the many thousands of new homes built as park of the Olympic legacy. More recent developments include purpose built apartments and flats, while traditional Victorian terraced houses are also in abundance.
Schools wise, Hackney Wick's main primaries are Gainsborough and Mossbourne Riverside Academy, rated good and outstanding respectively by Ofsted. For secondary education there's The City Academy in nearby Homerton and Clapton Girls' Academy both of which have an outstanding Ofsted rating.
Hackney Wick's backstreets are a work of art, quite literally, with the area known for its iconic street graffiti and murals. This should come as no surprise as Hackney Wick houses the highest concentration of art studio spaces in the world, with over 600 individual venues clustered around the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park alone. The mural on the Echo Building in Hackney Bridge is probably the most notable. Created by local street artist Busk, it features an artist with a paintbrush in front of classic graffiti as a nod to The Wick's industrial past and artistic future.
If you're planning on a late one then the Hackney Wick Horseshoe, close to Hackney Wick Station, is a must-visit. The Horseshoe features a string of hip raving joints, and is one of the best spots for nightlife in the area. Grow is a great place to kick off your night, with food, drinks and a floating music stage, while there's always something new and innovative happening at Studio 9294, which describes itself as a blank canvas venue. Beer lovers should check out the Beer Merchants Tap, a laid-back taproom offering unique craft beers, cask ales and over 500 different bottles and where bar snacks, platters and pizzas are available to soak it all up.
If, however, you'd prefer to get out and explore the wonderful waterways of Hackney Wick, then head to Moo Canoes, which is based at The Milk Float, a floating venue on the canal, just off White Post Lane, that also houses a bar and café. Here you can choose from canoe, kayak or paddleboard, all decked out in the company's signature cow print!

An experienced London estate agent that has achieved so much and now fully focus' on getting agreed sales across the line. Helga's day includes being a full time counsellor, agony aunt and general pillar of strength to those in difficult chains. Helga effortlessly handles all situations thrown her way with ease and always leaves the office smiling. She loves the company and her role, the best part is when she hands over the keys to new homeowners.
Kamile has newly joined our team but hasn't come with a lack of experience or knowledge of the area. Hardworking and raised in East London, has enabled her to know the area inside and out. Kamile has thrived since being here, loves that every day is different and enjoys the fast pace which creates a buzz.

Lauren loves assisting our Landlords and Tenants and is well trusted with a sizeable portfolio. Lauren's day consists of drawing up new tenancies, inspections and dealing with a variety of maintenance issues. The backbone of the office, her role is to make sure the office runs smoothly, and to ensure the sales and lettings teams are fully supported. Layla has always worked in an office environment but never in property, so is eager to gain professional experience. Layla loves her short drive to work and assisting our walk-in customers looking for their next home.

New to the team and industry, but not lacking in people skills and likability, we have high hopes that Leah's career will flourish under the watchful eye of some of our senior management team. Born and raised in Chingford, Leah knows the local and surrounding areas better than most, which is a huge benefit to our clients and customers.
Her lifetime goal is to visit all the wonders of the world and she is halfway there! Leah has a genuine passion for interior design and architecture, so she appreciates her job every day!
Lucy is new to her role, from office co-ordinator to the helpful property manager she has become. She loves assisting our Landlords and Tenants, Lucy's day consists of drawing up new tenancies, inspections and dealing with a variety of maintenance issues. Michael set up Butler & Stag with best mate Neil Leahy back in 2012, having worked in the East London/City fringe property 2market since 1999. Over the years he has gained a wealth of experience and knowledge, personally handling almost every scenario you could possibly imagine within the world of property. More recently he has excelled with site and land acquisitions for high net worth clients, or acting on behalf of land/site owners, providing guidance on how best to approach a disposal of their assets.
Michael now heads up the Land & New Homes department which is the most exciting and rapidly expanding arm of the Butler & Stag operation. On the odd occasion Michael isn't found working out of the London or West Essex office, he will be acting as chauffer to one of his three children or spending quality time with his long suffering wife!

Milo heads up our Buckhurst Hill and Chingford Offices and has a thorough understanding of all the surrounding areas.
A benefit of living locally for such a long period is having built a great community network. Through friends on contacts that have been gained over the years, Butler & Stag are now proud to be involved with many local schools and sports clubs including Chingford Rugby Club and Buckhurst Hill FC. If you live locally and looking for support for an event or institution, he is always happy to assist.
An experienced property valuer means that he is often sought out to help with placing accurate valuations on clients' homes, and with a watchful eye over the latest buying trends and legislation he is always up to speed with changes that will help improve the saleability and marketability of properties. Natalie is our New Head of Property Management and brings with her over 16 years' experience in the Property Management and Lettings industry, Natalie has worked in East and central London for the majority of her career. Throughout her career, Natalie has managed a large portfolio of properties as well as managing the staff in property management and account team, she prides herself on being able to use this experience to provide excellent customer service. Away from the office, Natalie enjoys spending family time with her husband and their little girl.
Co-founder of Butler & Stag with lifelong friend Michael, Neil's passion to grow the company and exceed expectations remains as strong as ever. Proud of the brand he has helped create and the team he has assembled, Neil is very much involved in the day to day running of the business, spending most of his time within our Land & New Homes and Prime Office departments.
An expert negotiator, with a keen eye for opportunity, Neil has built an outstanding reputation as a prime property advisor and deal maker. He has a limitless network of contacts and is well known and respected within the property industry.
Hailing from a family with deep roots within the East London property market, Oliver knew from a young age that estate agency would be his calling. Oliver is a rising star within our ranks. He is rarely flustered and exudes confidence in all areas of the sales department from relationship building to negotiation.
Oliver is ultra-competitive and will go the extra mile for our clients without hesitating, he is quickly emerging into a thoroughbred agent, and we look forward to seeing him progress.
Paul has a worldwide wealth of experience that has lasted over 25 years. He has covered all aspects of the property market including sales, lettings, and investments. His skill set is dealing with clients on a personal basis and guiding them to achieve their goals in a stress-free atmosphere.
He is a born and bred Londoner, growing up and being schooled in the East End, he has great knowledge of the area. He has gained a great understanding of the markets he has worked in whilst living in Asia for 8 years dealing with London property investments for sales and lettings.

Having initially started off working as a Saturday Receptionist in our London Office, Sophie's excellent customer service skills and ability to problem solve made her an obvious choice for a fulltime role within our Property Management team. Starting his career in Bishops Stortford, Ted has been in the property industry since 2016. Born and raised in Epping Green, Ted has excellent knowledge of all things CM16. He has recently joined the Land & New Homes team at Butler & Stag and is developing his skills in estate agency, always striving to improve and is now becoming an accomplished agent. Ted's other passion is sports, if he isn't running around a football pitch on a Sunday morning, he can be found hacking his way around a golf course in the local area.
