CALIFORNIA PATROL DIVISION SECURITY - Key Persons

Josh Stivers has over 22 years of police and security experience. He served as a police officer just south of Seattle in King County as well as volunteered his time with the Kent and Algona Police Departments. Josh currently serves as the Chief of Security with California Patrol Division Security. Josh is also a principal partner with Critical Protection Consulting which specializes in Active Shooter Preparedness Response Training and Safety/Security Vulnerability and Threat Assessments. Josh has two Master's degrees, his first Master's is in California Security and Emergency Management and his second is in Healthcare Administration. Furthermore, Josh has also earned two undergraduate degrees, a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration and an Associate of Science degree in Criminal Justice. Furthermore, Josh has earned his CPD (Crime Prevention through Environmental Design) professional designation along with his CHOP (Certified Healthcare Operations Professional) designation. He looks forward to earning his CPP (Certified Protection Professional) and PSP (Physical Security Professional) designations in the near future. Josh has an extensive background chairing workplace violence committees and being members of numerous other safety and security committees. Josh is considered a leader in Active Shooter Response training and is a national instructor on how to be safe and survive these types of events. Lastly, Josh is a certified TASER and Defensive Tactics Instructor as well as a certified trainer with the California Department of Licensing private security guard sector. He trains on all topics, such as; officer safety, verbal judo and de-escalation, report writing, active shooter preparedness, patrol tactics, and much more.

Steve Pansini comes from a long line of Parking Professionals in his family. In 1917 his Great Grandfather Andrew Pansini started the very first parking lot in Los Angeles under the Savoy Corporation. Later on his Father David Pansini was one of the leaders in The Parking Industry where he was the founder of the Parking place up until the early 90's. Not only growing up in the parking industry under his family, Steve has over 30 years' experience in the service and hospitality industry from Hotels, Commercial buildings and Retail market across Northern California. Steve's background makes him one of the top professionals in customer service and he knows how to drive results to all his clients and build strong relationships.
